Chuck Mellick from Tracy California is an ambidextrous pitcher. He has only been pitching left handed for 2.5 years and he has made tremendous strides. I began working with Chuck in January of 2008. He is part of the case studies chapter in my book. He followed the tenets of the program to a tee. He practiced the mirror writing, the juggling exercises with two pound metal balls. He memorized the Powers of 2 up to the 60th power. He has practiced doing the hammer drills and all of the other tenets in my book.
In this clip watch as he throws the first 2 pitches to a batter left handed then he switches to his right hand and blows the ball by the hitter.
Chuck was interviewed by a major radio station in his area as well as a leading television news station. When they saw the feats of strength that he exhibited at the age of 39 they believed that it was the influence of steroids. Well the truth is Chuck initiated a natural increase of steroids.
