Águilas del Zulia Pat Venditte Lanzador Ambidiestro

Pat Venditte is the world’s only professional ambidextrous baseball pitcher. He is wriiten about in the case studies chapter in my book Whole Brain Power. I had the great fortune to speak with Pat a few times and we discussed his life’s journey to become an ambidextrous pitcher. I had followed Pat throughout his college career and was fascinated by his success. I have met his parents Pat and Jan and have interviewed them in person as well as by many phone conversations. Pat Sr. had the vision to teach his son to be a switch pitcher and neither the father or the son were discouraged from following the quest. Many people tried to get the dad to influence Pat Jr. to stay with one arm (right handed) but they persisted and the rest is history.
